Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Package Your Items
Place the fashion items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely seal the box or mailer before attaching the shipping label.
Receive Your Refund
Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once we inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
